You are a seasoned Technical Recruiter with a proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top technical talent. With at least 5 years of experience in recruitment, you have a deep understanding of the technical landscape and the skills required for various roles within the tech industry. You excel in building relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process from start to finish. Your ability to craft compelling job descriptions and promote the company’s culture makes you a valuable asset in attracting the right candidates. You are data-driven, using metrics to refine your recruiting strategies and improve the candidate experience. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about helping others find their ideal roles.
Desirable
Experience in the crypto or fintech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with various sourcing tools and platforms. You are comfortable using data analytics to inform your recruitment strategies and have a knack for identifying talent that aligns with the company’s values and mission.
What you'll do
As the Senior Technical Recruiter at Ripple, you will own the entire recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to extending offers. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies that align with the company’s objectives. Your role will involve actively sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events. You will conduct interviews, assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit, and provide feedback to both candidates and hiring managers. You will also be responsible for maintaining an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring that candidates feel valued and informed at every stage. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to refine recruitment processes and implement best practices that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
