You possess a deep understanding of the sales process and how CRM tools can enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Your ability to optimize processes and drive adoption of the CRM system is key to your success in this role. What you'll do
As the Senior Manager, CRM, you will own the Salesforce platform, managing it end to end, including Sales Cloud and other integrated tools. You will act as a strategic partner to the Sales organization, ensuring that the CRM system is optimized for current needs and scalable for future growth. Your role will involve coordinating with various functions, including Marketing and Operations, to ensure seamless integration of the Go-to-Market tech stack.
You will be responsible for delivering insights into sales performance, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your hands-on expertise with Salesforce will be crucial as you implement best practices and drive user adoption. You will also have the opportunity to mentor team members and contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
