Who you are
You have a strong background in technical pre-sales and post-sales, with a proven ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective solutions. Your experience in the public sector equips you with the insights necessary to navigate complex stakeholder environments. You are a trusted technical advisor, capable of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Your communication skills allow you to convey technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. You are proactive in gathering insights and feedback to continuously improve the adoption of products. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with engineers, researchers, and designers to deliver exceptional value to customers.
What you'll do
In this role, you will play a significant part in growing Cohere's Public Sector business. You will develop a deep understanding of customer problems and map them to Cohere solutions. As a trusted technical advisor, you will own the technical relationship with stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and that they derive maximum value from Cohere's products. You will collaborate with partners and internal teams to drive the adoption of solutions, leveraging your expertise to provide insights and recommendations. Your role will involve both pre-sales and post-sales activities, requiring you to be adaptable and responsive to customer feedback. You will contribute to the overall mission of scaling intelligence to serve humanity by helping customers harness the power of AI effectively.
