What you'll do

In this role, you will shape Cohere's operations by managing projects that involve collaboration with Strategic Customers, Applied ML Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Platform, Product, and Go-to-Market teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects align with customer expectations and deliver value effectively. Your role will involve defining project scopes, timelines, and deliverables while coordinating resources and managing risks.

You will lead project meetings, facilitate communication between teams, and provide updates to stakeholders on project progress. Your ability to analyze project performance will help you identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team, encouraging diverse perspectives to enhance project outcomes.
