What you'll do

As a Technical Program Manager at Ema, you will orchestrate the delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives that power our agentic AI platform. You will partner closely with Engineering, Product, and AI Application teams to ensure timely, high-quality execution of programs that enable scalable, reliable, and impactful AI solutions for our enterprise customers. Your responsibilities will include leading program planning and execution, from requirements definition and scoping to launch and post-deployment optimization. You will be instrumental in ensuring that Ema’s AI workflows and platform capabilities evolve efficiently and effectively.

You will also be responsible for managing stakeholder expectations and communicating progress to various teams. Your role will require you to navigate challenges and drive projects forward, ensuring that all team members are aligned and informed.
