What you'll do

As the Associate Manager of EDD Compliance, you will oversee the execution of compliance controls within Coinbase's BSA/AML program. You will work closely with the Global Compliance Operations Team to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Your role will involve developing and implementing best practices for compliance support across various customer segments. You will also be responsible for monitoring compliance activities and identifying areas for improvement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key as you contribute to the overall success of the compliance program. You will participate in team and company-wide offsites to foster collaboration and alignment, ensuring that compliance remains a priority across the organization.
