What you'll do

In your role as Associate Manager, Compliance, you will design and execute various onboarding initiatives that support the rapidly growing retail operations at Coinbase. You will work closely with the Compliance team to ensure that all processes align with regulatory requirements and the company's mission. Your responsibilities will include developing training materials, conducting compliance training sessions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
