Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Compliance team within Customer Experience, focusing on developing and delivering best-in-class support across multiple customer segments. You will be responsible for executing compliance controls and ensuring adherence to Coinbase’s BSA/AML program. Your work will involve collaborating with various teams to implement compliance strategies that align with the company's mission. You will also engage in regular training and development sessions to stay updated on compliance regulations and best practices. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of compliance within the organization, ensuring that all employees understand their roles in maintaining regulatory standards. You will participate in team and company-wide offsites to enhance collaboration and alignment, contributing to a cohesive work environment.
