What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Compliance team within Customer Experience, focusing on developing and delivering best-in-class support across various customer segments. You will be responsible for executing compliance controls in adherence to Coinbase's BSA/AML program, ensuring that all transactions are monitored effectively. Your work will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance compliance processes and drive improvements in customer experience. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of compliance within the organization, ensuring that all team members understand their responsibilities in maintaining regulatory standards.
