What you'll do

As the Head of People at CoinGecko, you will be responsible for developing and executing the people strategy that supports the company's growth and mission. You will lead initiatives related to talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and organizational culture. Your role will involve collaborating with leadership to ensure that HR practices align with business objectives and support the overall strategy.

You will oversee the recruitment process, ensuring that CoinGecko attracts top talent who are not only skilled but also fit well with the company culture. You will implement onboarding programs that help new hires integrate smoothly into the organization and set them up for success.

In addition, you will design and implement employee engagement programs that foster a positive work environment and promote retention. You will regularly assess employee satisfaction and gather feedback to make necessary adjustments to HR policies and practices.

You will also be responsible for managing performance review processes, ensuring that they are fair, transparent, and aligned with the company's goals. You will provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance evaluations and developing employee growth plans.
