You are an experienced People leader with a proven track record in talent acquisition and management — you've successfully built and scaled teams in fast-paced environments, ideally within tech or AI sectors. You understand the nuances of creating inclusive hiring practices and fostering a diverse workplace culture. Your background includes hands-on experience in developing people strategies that align with business goals, ensuring that the right talent is in place to drive organizational success.
You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills — you can engage with candidates and employees at all levels, creating a welcoming environment that encourages open dialogue. Your ability to analyze data and metrics allows you to make informed decisions about talent strategies and initiatives. You are passionate about building a culture that values diversity and inclusion, and you actively seek out diverse candidates to enrich the team.
What you'll do
As the Head of Talent at Prior Labs, you will be responsible for laying the groundwork for our People operations — this includes developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies that attract top talent in the AI and machine learning fields.
