NoRedInk is seeking a Head of People to manage all aspects of Human Resources. You'll collaborate with leadership to enhance employee engagement and drive key people initiatives. This role requires strong communication and project management skills.

Who you are
You have a strong background in Human Resources management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in high-growth environments. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively engage with employees at all levels of the organization. You are passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and driving employee engagement initiatives that align with company goals. Your project and change management skills are well-honed, enabling you to implement scalable HR programs and processes that support organizational growth.
You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with leaders across the company to build alignment and commitment towards shared objectives. You are adept at providing coaching and support to managers and employees, helping them navigate challenges in performance management and human resources. Your ability to promote strong employee relations is key to maintaining a healthy and productive work environment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the operations of all HR administration, from compensation to employee relations, ensuring that all processes are efficient and effective. You will collaborate with various departments to enhance employee engagement and alignment with company goals. Providing group and one-on-one coaching will be a significant part of your responsibilities, as you support leadership development and business decision-making.
You will also be responsible for maintaining clear and effective communication within the organization, ensuring that all team members are informed of relevant company information. Partnering with the IT team, you will safeguard the integrity and confidentiality of employee data, overseeing the configuration and maintenance of HR systems. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the company's commitment to diversity and inclusion, ensuring that all employees feel valued and respected.
