You are proficient in React and understand how to create dynamic user interfaces that enhance user experience.

You have experience working with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, and are comfortable designing schemas and optimizing queries for performance. Your knowledge of GraphQL enables you to build efficient APIs that serve data to frontend applications effectively.

You are familiar with modern development tools and practices, including Docker for containerization and GitHub for version control. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with product and design teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

You are a problem solver who can navigate complex technical challenges and are always looking for ways to improve processes and workflows. Your communication skills allow you to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.

Desirable

Experience with additional tools such as Datadog for monitoring, Sentry for error tracking, and LaunchDarkly for feature flagging would be a plus. Familiarity with integration platforms like Merge for ATS and HRIS systems can also enhance your contributions to the team.
