Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in marketing, particularly in a regional or localized context — you've successfully translated global marketing strategies into regionally relevant programs that resonate with local audiences. Your strong analytical skills enable you to track performance metrics and optimize marketing initiatives effectively.
You are adept at managing budgets and understanding ROI — you can estimate costs accurately, manage spend, and report results to stakeholders. Your experience includes planning and executing various marketing activities, from local events to digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to act as a liaison between global marketing teams and regional sales organizations — you understand the importance of feedback loops and ensure that marketing efforts are measurable and impactful. Your ability to monitor market trends and competitive landscapes helps you identify emerging opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
Desirable
Experience in the tech or compliance industry is a plus — familiarity with regulatory environments can enhance your effectiveness in this role. You may also have experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems, which can streamline your processes and improve collaboration with sales teams.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the regional marketing budget and track performance across various initiatives — you will be responsible for localizing global marketing campaigns, adapting messaging for market differences, and executing regional activations. Your role will involve planning and managing local events, sponsorships, and webinars that drive engagement and brand awareness.
