Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in marketing, particularly in a regional or field marketing role, where you've successfully executed integrated marketing plans that drive measurable results. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Your hands-on approach to marketing is complemented by a strong analytical mindset, allowing you to leverage data to inform your decisions and optimize campaigns. You are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously and can pivot quickly in response to changing market dynamics. Your experience in the APAC region, particularly in Australia and New Zealand, gives you a nuanced understanding of local market trends and customer behaviors. You are passionate about building go-to-market strategies that resonate with diverse audiences and drive engagement.

Desirable

Experience in digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with marketing automation systems. A background in technology or SaaS marketing will help you navigate the complexities of our industry. You are comfortable with metrics and KPIs, and you enjoy using them to measure success and inform future strategies.

What you'll do

As the APAC Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the regional marketing plan for Australia and New Zealand, as well as Singapore. This includes creating localized marketing campaigns that align with the overall business strategy and drive pipeline growth. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure that marketing efforts are effectively supporting sales initiatives and generating leads. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and to inform your marketing strategies. You will also lead market-opening pilots in broader Asia, scaling successful initiatives to maximize impact.

In addition to campaign execution, you will be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of marketing activities and reporting on performance against targets. You will work with cross-functional teams, including product marketing and alliances, to ensure that messaging is consistent and resonates with the target audience. Your ability to balance strategic planning with tactical execution will be key to your success in this role.
