You have 5+ years of experience in mobile software engineering, with a strong focus on building user-friendly applications that enhance customer experiences. Your expertise in React Native allows you to create seamless cross-platform applications, and you are comfortable working with TypeScript to ensure type safety and maintainability in your code. You understand the importance of collaboration and communication, as you will be working closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-quality features.
You are passionate about creating efficient and scalable mobile applications that meet user needs. Your experience with GraphQL enables you to optimize data fetching and improve application performance. You have a keen eye for detail and are committed to maintaining a sharp component library that supports rapid development without sacrificing quality. What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of the mobile experience for Comun's unique banking platform, ensuring that it meets the needs of Hispanic immigrants transitioning to the digital economy. You will collaborate with product and design teams to build and ship new features that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include defining frontend patterns, tools, and processes that speed up development while maintaining high standards of quality.
You will also be responsible for maintaining testing and observability practices to ensure a stable and reliable application. As you work on new features, you will continuously seek feedback and iterate on designs to improve the user experience. Your role will involve mentoring junior engineers and sharing best practices to foster a culture of learning and growth within the team.
