What you'll do

In this role, you will lead efforts to enhance the resiliency of our infrastructure, focusing on recovery mechanisms and tenant isolation. You will be responsible for improving the observability of our systems, ensuring that we can quickly identify and resolve issues as they arise. Your work will involve building performance-critical, user-facing infrastructure that supports real-time event processing, which is vital for our billing automation services. You will plan and execute scaling initiatives to accommodate our growing customer base, ensuring that our systems can handle increased load without compromising performance. Collaboration is key, as you will partner with other engineering teams to ensure that the features we build are reliable and meet customer needs. You will also contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, sharing insights and best practices with your peers.
