Who you are

You have a strong technical background in SaaS, with experience in hands-on implementation work that allows you to guide customers effectively. You thrive on helping clients get up and running quickly, ensuring they achieve value from the platform as soon as possible. Your ability to manage customer expectations and deliver exceptional experiences is key to your success in this role. You enjoy rolling up your sleeves and working directly with customers, focusing on configuration and building scalable processes. You are a proactive problem solver who can troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the full onboarding cycle from sales hand-off to go-live for commercial accounts, ensuring a smooth and efficient implementation experience. You will be accountable for quick time-to-value metrics, guiding customers through the technical configuration and setup of the platform. Conducting training sessions and creating enablement materials will be essential to ensure customers understand how to use the platform effectively. You will manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized accounts, providing ongoing support and account management to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and adoption of the platform.
