Overview
Skydio is hiring a Customer Success Manager to lead implementation and drive customer retention in the commercial sector. You'll work closely with technical teams to ensure customer success. This role requires a strong sense of ownership and collaboration.

You have a deep sense of ownership and are motivated to lead all aspects of customer implementation, usage, retention, and expansion in utility and emerging industries. Your experience in customer success roles has equipped you with the skills to bridge the gap between customers and technical teams effectively. You understand the importance of building scalable processes for customer onboarding and post-sales success. Your ability to track and manage customer interactions ensures that you can provide world-class service and support. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the implementation process for new customers, ensuring they are set up for success from the start. You will work closely with the Customer Success team to drive value and support customers throughout their journey with Skydio. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to deliver industry-leading autonomous solutions that meet customer needs.
You will track customer usage and retention metrics, identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement. Your role will involve providing technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring they fully understand and utilize Skydio's products. You will also be responsible for developing and refining processes that enhance customer satisfaction and success.
