You have a proven track record in sales leadership, with experience managing teams and driving revenue growth in the technology sector. Your ability to hire, coach, and develop talent is complemented by your strategic mindset and operational discipline. You understand the nuances of the sales process and are adept at building relationships with clients and stakeholders. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about achieving results through collaboration and effective communication.
Desirable
Experience in identity security or related fields is a plus, as is familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC and value-based selling. You are comfortable using data to inform decisions and drive performance improvements. Your leadership style is inclusive and empowering, fostering a culture of excellence within your team.
What you'll do
As the Regional Director, you will own the revenue performance for your region, focusing on both Commercial and Mid-Enterprise segments. You will set ambitious targets and develop strategies to achieve and exceed them. Your responsibilities will include hiring and developing a team of Account Executives, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to succeed. You will run regular operating cadences, including 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and forecast calls, to maintain alignment and accountability within your team.
You will partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer engagement. Your role will involve driving repeatable sales excellence, leveraging frameworks like Command of the Message to enhance your team's effectiveness. You will also be responsible for analyzing performance metrics and adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize results.
