Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales and account management, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 10 years of experience in strategic roles. Your background in healthcare data and analytics allows you to understand complex client needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive value. You excel at building relationships with senior stakeholders and have a knack for creatively connecting business needs to innovative solutions.
You are a strategic thinker who can develop comprehensive account plans and execute them effectively. Your experience includes managing large, multi-million dollar deals and navigating the entire sales process from prospecting to contract negotiations. You are comfortable presenting to executive stakeholders and can articulate the value of technology and data solutions in R&D and commercial settings.
What you'll do
As the Vice President of Strategic Accounts (West), you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic engagement with HealthVerity's top 20 pharmaceutical clients. You will develop and implement a strategic plan to position HealthVerity as a preferred technology and data provider in R&D, RWE, and commercial audiences. Your role will involve driving all stages of opportunity development, from coordinating product proposals and responding to RFIs and RFPs to negotiating contracts and executing deals.
You will engage with senior stakeholders to understand their business needs and present innovative solutions that address their most pressing challenges. Your ability to create value for clients will be key to expanding HealthVerity's presence in assigned accounts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that client needs are met and that solutions are delivered effectively.
