What you'll do
As the MM Regional Director at Rubrik, you will take ownership of all elements of bookings growth in your assigned region. You will manage a team of SMB Account Executives, guiding them in discovering and developing new opportunities while executing account strategies. Your role will involve collaborating with regional leaders in Sales Engineering, Sales Development, and Channel Development to ensure alignment and maximize sales potential. You will develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that enhances Rubrik's market position and identifies new opportunities for growth. Additionally, you will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and enabling your sales team, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed.
