Confluent is hiring a Customer Success Specialist to drive account health and consumption for SMB accounts in Brazil. You'll ensure customers realize the full value of Confluent’s cloud-native platform while managing renewals and subscription expansion.

Who you are
You are a Customer Success Specialist with a strong focus on driving account health and consumption. You thrive in a collaborative environment where you can act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them harness the power of data in motion. You have experience managing a high-volume territory, ensuring that customers realize the full value of the platform. You are adept at conducting regular check-ins and leveraging usage metrics to drive platform adoption. Your proactive approach ensures that you identify risks early and collaborate effectively with sales teams to secure renewals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end success of a high-volume SMB territory, conducting regular check-ins with customers to ensure they are maximizing their use of Confluent’s platform. You will lead the entire renewal process, from accurate forecasting and risk identification to collaborating with Deal Desk and Sales for timely execution and high retention rates. Your role will involve acting as a trusted advisor, connecting customers' business goals with Confluent’s innovative data streaming technology.
You will also be responsible for driving platform adoption by analyzing usage metrics and conducting regular health checks. Your insights will help shape customer strategies and ensure they are leveraging the platform to its fullest potential. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development, enhancing the overall customer experience.
