What you'll do
In this role, you will own the onboarding experience for new customers, ensuring they have a smooth transition onto the Nextiva platform. You will be responsible for driving customer engagement and adoption, helping clients to fully utilize the features of our unified customer experience management platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and provide feedback to improve our services. Your goal is to ensure that customers achieve their desired outcomes and are satisfied with their experience. You will also track customer success metrics and report on progress to stakeholders, helping to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
