Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience in a technical customer success or support role, demonstrating a proactive and customer-centric approach to fostering relationships. You excel in communicating complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner, ensuring customers understand the value of the solutions provided. Your ability to advocate for customer needs within the organization is a key strength, allowing you to influence product and process improvements effectively.
You are skilled in conducting product health checks and use-case discussions, ensuring that customers maximize their return on investment. Your experience in executing digital engagement strategies will be invaluable as you collaborate with the Customer Success team to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. You thrive in environments where you can connect with customers and drive successful product adoption through proactive outreach.
What you'll do
In this role, you will connect with customers primarily through proactive outbound calls, focusing on improving technical adoption and ensuring a smooth experience with AvePoint solutions. You will conduct product health checks and facilitate lightweight product training sessions to help customers realize the full value of their investment. Your responsibilities will include communicating new product features and ensuring customers are aware of how to maximize their ROI.
You will collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to execute digital engagement programs and initiatives, acting as the voice of the customer within AvePoint. Your efforts will support retention, expansion, and overall customer satisfaction, making a significant impact on the customer journey. You will also respond to βcall to actionβ triggers generated through Gainsight workflows, ensuring timely and effective customer engagement.
