What you'll do

As the Director of Engineering II, you will lead the Kafka Connect team, focusing on building scalable and reliable connectors that facilitate data movement between Apache Kafka and other systems. Your role will involve defining the strategic direction for the product line, ensuring that your team is equipped to innovate and outpace competitors.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and operations, to align engineering efforts with business objectives. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving the technical roadmap and ensuring that the Kafka Connect platform meets the evolving needs of customers.
