Confluent is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their South Korea Sales team from Singapore. You'll be responsible for closing transactional deals and supporting Account Executives. This role requires a motivated, growth-minded individual.

You are a motivated individual with a growth mindset, eager to join Confluent's South Korea Sales team from Singapore. You thrive in a collaborative environment where you can ask hard questions and provide honest feedback. Your ability to work well with others is essential as you support a group of Account Executives in closing transactional deals. You are driven by the purpose of creating impactful experiences through data streaming technology, and you understand the importance of harnessing the power of continuously flowing data.
Desirable
Experience in sales or a related field is a plus, but your enthusiasm and willingness to learn are what truly matter. You are comfortable engaging with clients and have a knack for building relationships. Your language skills in English and Korean will be invaluable in connecting with diverse clients and understanding their needs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for landing new logos and driving new revenue within your assigned territory. You will work closely with the account team to position Confluent's innovative data streaming solutions effectively. Your primary focus will be on closing deals and supporting the sales process, ensuring that clients understand the value of our platform. You will engage with potential customers, conduct product demonstrations, and follow up on leads to convert them into successful sales.
