Confluent is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support their Philippines Sales team from Singapore. You'll be responsible for closing transactional deals and driving new revenue within the assigned territory. This role requires a motivated, growth-minded individual.

What you'll do
In this role, you will work closely with the Philippines Sales team from your base in Singapore. Your primary responsibility will be to close transactional deals while supporting Account Executives in their efforts to land new logos. You will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate how Confluent's data streaming platform can benefit their organizations. You will also help drive new revenue within your assigned territory, ensuring that you meet or exceed sales targets. Collaboration with your team will be key, as you will share insights and strategies to enhance overall performance. You will be expected to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to position Confluent effectively in the market.
