Overview
Confluent is seeking a Senior Partner Success Manager to develop strategies with global system integrators (GSIs) and drive joint sales opportunities. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and strategic planning capabilities.

Desirable
Experience working with global system integrators (GSIs) is a plus, as is familiarity with data streaming technologies. You are comfortable navigating complex partner ecosystems and have a knack for identifying opportunities for joint business planning and execution. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the strategy development with selected GSIs, focusing on building skills and capabilities that enhance the growth of Confluent’s data streaming platform. You will own the end-to-end partner business planning process, collaborating closely with sales team members and executives to ensure alignment and execution of joint initiatives. Your responsibilities will include driving joint sales opportunities, expanding Confluent’s market reach, and fostering strong relationships that lead to mutual success. You will be a force multiplier for scale and growth, leveraging your expertise to guide partners in maximizing their potential with Confluent’s offerings.
