You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable strategies that drive satisfaction and retention. You are a logical decision-maker who prioritizes effectively and understands the big picture, ensuring that your actions align with broader company goals. Collaboration is at the heart of your approach; you excel at influencing others and driving towards a joint vision, even without formal authority. You thrive in ambiguous situations, remaining effective and adaptable in new environments without defined playbooks. Your problem-solving skills are exceptional, allowing you to suggest innovative approaches to complex challenges.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key partners, ensuring they derive maximum value from Workato's platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate onboarding, training, and ongoing support for customers. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, as well as gathering feedback to inform product development. You will also play a key role in developing and executing customer engagement strategies that enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Regularly, you will analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can help improve the overall customer experience. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial in this position.
