You have a proven track record in partnership development and sales, ideally with experience in technology or data-driven environments. Your ability to build and strengthen relationships is key — you understand the nuances of navigating complex enterprise deals and can foster a culture of accountability and success within your team. You thrive in collaborative settings, where you can engage with product and engineering teams to facilitate joint solution development. You are results-oriented, with a focus on meeting regional sales targets and executing effective business plans.
Desirable
Experience working with large technology partners or in a quota-carrying sales role is a plus. Familiarity with data streaming technologies or cloud platforms can enhance your effectiveness in this position. You are comfortable with strategic planning and have a knack for developing marketing initiatives that resonate with partners and customers alike.
What you'll do
As a Senior Partner Development Manager at Confluent, you will report to the Director of the GSI Business Group and take the lead in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute regional business and go-to-market plans for the Infosys partnership. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate joint solution development, ensuring that both Confluent and Infosys can deliver exceptional value to customers. You will also be responsible for managing communications and ensuring the quality of enablement and delivery throughout the partnership.
In this role, you will operate as a quota-carrying professional, which means your success will be measured by your ability to meet sales targets and drive joint initiatives. You will engage with various stakeholders, from product and engineering teams to marketing and sales, to ensure alignment and collaboration across the board. Your ability to navigate complex enterprise deals will be crucial as you work to strengthen relationships with Infosys and other strategic partners.
