Who you are
You have a strong background in partnership management, ideally with experience in the fintech or capital markets sector. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively engage with enterprise partners and ensure they are well-supported and trained. You understand the importance of collaboration and are adept at coordinating with various teams to drive program usage and success.
You are proactive and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple partner relationships simultaneously while ensuring that each partner receives the attention and resources they need. Your ability to analyze partner performance and provide actionable insights will be key in this role. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities with ease.
What you'll do
As the Strategic Partner Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day coordination with Figureβs largest national partners. This includes ensuring that partners such as Loweβs, GreenSky, and OneClick are fully supported and properly trained to drive the usage of Figureβs Digital HELOC program. You will develop training materials and conduct sessions to educate partners on the program's features and benefits.
You will also be tasked with maintaining ongoing communication with partners to address any questions or concerns they may have. Your role will involve analyzing partner engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Collaborating closely with sales and operational teams, you will work to enhance the overall partner experience and drive program adoption.
