What you'll do

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Confluent, you will play a pivotal role in the customer journey, from initial engagement through ongoing support. You will collaborate with Account Executives to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions that leverage Confluent's technology. Your expertise will help customers navigate technical challenges and maximize the value they derive from our platform. You will facilitate discussions that inspire confidence in adopting new data streaming patterns, ensuring that customers feel supported throughout their journey.

You will also be responsible for driving creative solutions to overcome technical roadblocks, working closely with customers to ensure their success. Your role will involve not only technical advisory but also fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the Customer Success Team. You will help customers progress along the adoption maturity curve, ensuring they realize the full potential of Confluent's offerings.
