What you'll do

As a Solutions Engineer at Confluent, you will serve as a technical advisor to customers, guiding them through the design and development of their end-to-end solutions using Confluent's platform. You will leverage your knowledge of Kafka to assist customers in overcoming technical challenges during their use case deployments. Your role will involve cultivating a deep understanding of Confluent's technologies, enabling you to resolve complex customer issues effectively.

You will collaborate closely with the Solutions Engineering team and other stakeholders to amplify the capabilities of the team through outstanding service delivery. Your responsibilities will include conducting proof of concept (POC) and pilot solutions, ensuring that customers can successfully implement and utilize Confluent's technologies. You will also stay informed about the current state and future roadmap of Kafka, allowing you to provide customers with insights on known issues and upcoming fixes or workarounds.
