What you'll do
As a Solutions Engineer at Graylog, you will be responsible for supporting our accounts throughout the US mid-market. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how Graylog's AI-powered SIEM and log management platform can address their challenges. You will collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure that client requirements are met and that solutions are effectively implemented. You will conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to clients, helping them to maximize the value of our products. You will also gather feedback from clients to inform product development and improve our offerings. Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients and acting as a trusted advisor to guide them in their security and IT operations.
