You have a solid understanding of interaction and visual design principles, which you apply to create cohesive experiences that support sophisticated workflows.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead end-to-end design initiatives that define how customers interact with Contentful’s platform. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to create intuitive and scalable solutions that enhance the user experience. Your responsibilities will include conducting primary research, such as user interviews and usability testing, to deepen the team's understanding of customer needs. You will represent these insights through your design work and discussions with your team, ensuring that customer needs are at the forefront of product development. You will facilitate workshops and create wireframes to shape design requirements, working iteratively to refine your concepts based on feedback. Your role will also involve contributing to the design guild, sharing knowledge and best practices to elevate the overall design quality within the organization.
