Who you are
You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally within the tech industry, and possess strong relationship-building skills. You understand the importance of aligning customer goals with product capabilities, ensuring that clients achieve their desired outcomes. Your experience includes managing enterprise accounts and driving product adoption, which has equipped you with the ability to navigate complex customer environments effectively.
You are data-driven and can analyze customer health metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate value propositions clearly and negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with sales, product, and technical teams to advocate for customer needs and feedback.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of 20-30 enterprise accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to your customers. You will monitor customer engagement and satisfaction, ensuring that their expectations are met and exceeded. By conducting regular business reviews, you will help clients understand their progress and align their goals with Contentful's offerings. You will proactively identify risks and work to mitigate them, ensuring timely renewals and contract negotiations with key accounts.
Your responsibilities will also include driving product adoption and usage, helping customers realize the full potential of the Contentful platform. You will collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback, contributing to product improvements and enhancements. Your role is crucial in fostering long-term relationships that lead to customer retention and growth, ultimately impacting Contentful's success in the DACH region.
