Who you are
You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You excel at building and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes with the Tanium platform. Your ability to analyze data and gather qualitative feedback allows you to tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of each customer. You are adept at navigating complex customer environments and can effectively communicate the value of Tanium's solutions to diverse stakeholders.
You understand the importance of customer retention and expansion, and you are passionate about helping customers maximize their ROI from Tanium. Your collaborative spirit enables you to work seamlessly with sales, solution engineers, and domain architects to create a comprehensive strategy for customer engagement. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for further integration of Tanium into customer business processes, ensuring alignment with their goals.
What you'll do
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Tanium, you will be responsible for ensuring successful business outcomes for your customers. You will collaborate with an account team to drive retention and expansion, leveraging your insights into customer environments to facilitate full platform adoption. Your role will involve developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs, and identifying areas where Tanium can add further value.
You will perform activities that drive adoption and value against an agreed-upon plan with each customer, which may include creating value plans and managing risks. Your ability to engage with customers effectively will be crucial in helping them navigate challenges and implement new technologies. You will also be responsible for tracking customer success metrics and reporting on progress to internal stakeholders, ensuring that Tanium continues to meet and exceed customer expectations.
