Who you are
You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally within a SaaS environment — you understand the importance of building and nurturing relationships that create value for clients and drive engagement. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify upsell opportunities and mitigate churn risks effectively, ensuring that customers derive maximum value from the product.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to guide and consult with clients on their finance goals — you are adept at translating complex product features into actionable insights that resonate with customers. Your analytical skills are strong, allowing you to measure success through specific KPIs and provide data-driven insights that inform customer strategies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will focus on driving customer engagement by developing a deep understanding of your clients' finance goals — you will guide them in activating all spend management features, ensuring they are fully leveraging the product's capabilities. You will proactively identify upsell opportunities, using your product knowledge and understanding of customer needs to enhance existing accounts.
You will measure success through key metrics such as spend engagement, SaaS uplift, and renewals — your insights will be crucial in monitoring revenue trajectories and informing strategic decisions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development, enhancing the overall customer experience.
