What you'll do

As a Senior Solution Architect at Contentful, you will engage with customers post-sale, providing technical enablement on product platform features and consultative advice on implementation use cases. You will conduct customer discovery sessions to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions that drive success. Your role will involve creating and delivering workshops that synthesize product developments into actionable insights for customers.

You will maintain a foundational understanding of technologies related to Contentful, continuously seeking to improve your knowledge and skills. Your responsibilities will include supporting engagement managers in quoting and scoping statements of work, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience. You will also play a key role in communicating customer feedback to the Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams, ensuring that customer insights inform future product developments.
