Your ability to partner with senior business and marketing stakeholders allows you to define personalization strategies, business objectives, and KPIs effectively. You are skilled in conducting executive workshops and maturity assessments, helping customers evolve their personalization capabilities. Your expertise in organizational change management and governance enables you to advise on scaling personalization initiatives globally.

You possess a deep understanding of architecting personalization solutions that integrate with various data sources, including CDPs, CRMs, and analytics tools. Your experience leading discovery sessions, design sessions, and proof-of-concepts demonstrates your capability to showcase value from segmentation, experimentation, and AI-powered personalization. You are adept at translating strategic visions into actionable roadmaps, ensuring that quick wins are balanced with enterprise-scale programs.

Your technical authority is complemented by your ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders, making you an effective liaison between technical teams and business leaders. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy guiding customers through their digital maturity journeys, ensuring they achieve both technical adoption and long-term business impact.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as a Personalization Solution Architect on Contentful’s Professional Services team, blending strategy consulting, solution design, and delivery leadership. You will partner with senior business and marketing stakeholders to define and implement personalization strategies that align with their business objectives. Conducting executive workshops and maturity assessments will be a key part of your responsibilities, helping customers evolve their personalization capabilities and achieve measurable ROI.

You will architect sophisticated personalization solutions that leverage Contentful Personalization and broader composable technologies. Leading discovery and design sessions, you will demonstrate the value of segmentation, experimentation, and AI-powered personalization to clients. Your role will also involve providing guidance on organizational change management and governance, ensuring that personalization initiatives can scale effectively across the organization.
