What you'll do

As the Technical Writing Manager at Contentful, you will own the documentation strategy from end to end, ensuring that all technical content is of the highest quality and consistency. You will lead and develop a small team of Technical Writers, providing coaching and conducting regular reviews to help them grow and increase their impact. Your responsibilities will include producing industry-leading technical content such as API documentation, release notes, how-to guides, and FAQs. You will also be responsible for developing processes, tooling, and delivery frameworks that facilitate continual improvement based on customer feedback. Your role will involve reviewing, testing, and editing content from non-writer contributors, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all documentation. You will partner closely with product managers and other stakeholders to align documentation efforts with product development and user needs.
