Contentsquare is hiring a Head of Solutions Consulting for North America to lead a high-performing Solutions Consulting organization. You'll partner closely with Sales leadership to drive revenue impact and execution excellence. This role requires strategic leadership and hands-on engagement in critical deals.
Job Description
Who you are
You have extensive experience in pre-sales leadership, ideally within the technology or digital analytics space — you've successfully driven revenue impact and execution excellence in previous roles. Your ability to lead and scale high-performing teams is complemented by your strategic mindset and hands-on approach to critical deals.
You possess strong collaboration skills, enabling you to partner effectively with Sales leadership and other stakeholders — you understand the importance of value-based execution across enterprise and mid-market segments. Your leadership style fosters an inclusive environment where team members can thrive and contribute to the organization's success.
What you'll do
As the Head of Solutions Consulting for North America, you will be responsible for leading a team of Solutions Consultants, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional value to clients. You will work closely with Sales leadership to align strategies and drive revenue growth across the region. Your role will involve hands-on engagement in critical deals, providing guidance and support to your team as they navigate complex client requirements.
You will also play a key role in shaping the overall strategy for Solutions Consulting, collaborating with global leadership to ensure consistency and excellence in execution. Your insights and expertise will help refine the approach to client engagements, ensuring that the Solutions Consulting team is positioned as a trusted advisor to clients.
