You have extensive experience in leading solutions consulting teams, with a proven track record of driving revenue and client satisfaction. Your strategic mindset allows you to define and execute effective strategies that align with market demands and internal goals. You excel in building high-performance teams, attracting top talent, and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration across various departments.
You understand the importance of acting as a bridge between clients and product teams, ensuring that market needs are prioritized and communicated effectively. Your ability to mitigate churn and drive product adoption is complemented by your strong leadership skills, enabling you to inspire and coach your team to exceed their goals.
What you'll do
As the VP of Solutions Consulting, you will own the strategy and execution of the Solutions Consulting function globally, focusing on exceeding revenue targets through various levers such as retention and accelerated launches. You will manage and scale a team of over 25 experts, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive adoption of new products. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product teams to align strategies and enhance client satisfaction.
You will also be responsible for identifying market demands and ensuring that the Solutions Consulting team is well-prepared to address them. By acting as the voice of the customer, you will facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring that product releases are aligned with client needs. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of extreme ownership and accountability within your team, ultimately driving the success of the Solutions Consulting organization.
What we offer
TripActions offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $243,750 to $325,000 USD, reflecting the high-impact nature of this role.
