What you'll do

As the AV Operations Specialist, you will provide and support all technology services used to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers and associates. This includes managing audio and video setups, ensuring high-speed internet access, and providing desktop support during meetings and events. You will work closely with the AV Management Team to ensure that all technology is functioning optimally and that clients receive the highest level of service.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues as they arise, providing ad-hoc assistance to clients and event teams. Your role will involve setting up and testing AV equipment before events, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. You will also collaborate with property and event teams to deliver excellent client experiences, making sure that all technology needs are met.
