What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and implement strategies for the AV & Events Technology team, ensuring that all in-room AV and live streaming services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will lead a global team, overseeing service delivery and ensuring that all events run smoothly, from planning through execution. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various departments to standardize AV platforms and enhance the overall user experience for both in-person and remote participants.

You will be responsible for managing budgets and resources effectively, ensuring that the AV & Events function operates efficiently and within financial constraints. You will also play a key role in evaluating new technologies and solutions that can improve service delivery and enhance the user experience. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels will be crucial in driving alignment and ensuring that the AV & Events team meets its objectives.
