What you'll do
As an AV Technician at Convene, you will be responsible for providing and supporting all technology services used to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers and associates. You will set up and operate audio and video equipment for meetings and events, ensuring that all technical aspects run smoothly. You will work closely with the AV Management team to coordinate services and address any technical challenges that arise during events.
You will assist in the installation and maintenance of AV systems, including lighting and networking components, to ensure optimal performance. Your role will involve collaborating with event planners and clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may occur during events, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.
In addition to technical responsibilities, you will contribute to a positive team environment by fostering open communication and collaboration with your colleagues. You will participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and stay updated on the latest AV technologies and trends.
