Network Engineer • Lead

Who you are

You are an experienced network engineering leader with a strong track record designing, operating, and scaling secure, high-availability network environments across multiple offices. You understand the importance of safeguarding internal and external endpoints, maintaining strong network hygiene, and enabling reliable, intuitive A/V experiences for hybrid teams. You are skilled at proactively identifying, diagnosing, and resolving complex network and security issues. You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and excel at leading high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver seamless connectivity and collaboration experiences.

What you'll do

As the Manager of Network and A/V, you will oversee the design and implementation of network solutions that support the company's growth and operational needs. You will lead a team of network engineers, ensuring that all network systems are secure, efficient, and scalable. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to understand their connectivity needs and providing solutions that enhance their productivity. You will also be responsible for maintaining documentation of network configurations and changes, as well as developing best practices for network management.
