Your experience includes transitioning IT from a utility provider to a strategic partner, ensuring that technology operations are reoriented around the internal customer experience. You possess excellent diagnostic skills for identifying technical bottlenecks and creating scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You are a visionary builder, capable of leading internal startups and driving innovation in data analytics and AI.
You understand the importance of cybersecurity and have a keen interest in leveraging technology to combat cyber threats. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and encourages team members to contribute to the organization's strategic objectives. You are comfortable navigating complex technical environments and can effectively communicate the value of technology to non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable
Experience with open-source technologies and a strong understanding of network security principles will set you apart. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Scalable Company Operations pillar at Corelight, focusing on how technology can accelerate business strategy. You will oversee the launch of a cross-domain Data Analytics Platform, ensuring that it meets the needs of internal customers and enhances operational efficiency. You will also drive the organizational enablement of Generative AI, positioning Corelight as a leader in leveraging AI for cybersecurity.
Your responsibilities will include diagnosing technical bottlenecks within the enterprise infrastructure and implementing scalable, secure solutions that improve the internal customer experience. You will act as a bridge between technical capabilities and business goals, ensuring that technology initiatives align with the overall strategy of the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and drive innovation.

Corelight offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $201,000β$270,000 USD, depending on your location, skills, and experience.
