What you'll do
As the Director of Sales at Corelight, you will lead a team of Strategic & Enterprise Account Executives in the Northeast territory. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth within the assigned region, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded. You will partner with Regional Vice Presidents and executive leadership to define and execute the area sales strategy, aligning your team's efforts with the company's overall goals.
You will coach your team on effective pipeline development, deal strategy, and forecasting accuracy, ensuring consistent adoption of sales processes, playbooks, and tools. Collaboration with cross-functional partners, including Sales Engineers, Marketing, Channel, and Product teams, will be essential to drive joint success in the region. You will track performance metrics and provide insights to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency.
What we offer
Corelight offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $340,000β$390,000 USD, depending on your experience and skills.
